automatically be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the sole property
of zungers.com without any compensation or credit to you whatsoever. zungers.com and its
affiliates shall have no obligations with respect to such submissions or posts and may use the ideas
contained in such submissions or posts for any purposes in any medium in perpetuity, including, but
not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services using such ideas.
Zungers is a robust video sharing app that allows users to create and share interesting, fun-filled, short videos quickly and effortlessly. It serves as the perfect platform for the users to make their own engaging videos easily by recording the video and adding sound..
Zungers allows Users to post, upload sound & video, share the video, store images, photographs and all other kinds of content (“User Content”), connect with other Users.
In the User Content contains any third-party materials including brands, trademarks, logos etc. (“Branded Content”). You are required to procure necessary permissions, licenses directly from such third parties and will not upload any Branded Content without the same.
Usage of our Platform is governed by an Zungers Content and Community Guidelines. If any of our users report (Long press the video & report it) your content (Video / Image) to be against the Zungers Content Community Guidelines (Like: sexually, harassment etc), we may remove such content from our Platform / block the user.
Message block - unblock
Use our “block / unblock” feature on message conversation page (Top right corner), User can use block settings in our services to manage who can communicate through message and video call.
Subscription:
The Premium and all kind of paid contents & live Services may be offered on a subscription basis, per usage basis or as otherwise described at the time of your purchase, and may be payable in advance, in arrears, per usage, or as otherwise described at the time of your purchase. If you purchase any Premium and all kind of paid contents & live Services, you hereby agree to pay all charges to your account, including applicable taxes, in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time the charges are payable and whether charged by Zungers or the online application store from which you downloaded the apps from store. You agree to abide by any relevant terms of service or other legal agreement that governs your use of a given payment processing service and/or method. If you purchase Premium and all kind of paid contents & live Services on a subscription basis, you acknowledge and agree that this is a recurring payment and payments shall be made by the payment method and payment intervals you have selected, until the subscription for the Premium and all kind of paid contents & live Services is terminated. You agree that if you purchase Premium and all kind of paid contents & live Services through an Application Store.
Zungers has a many subscription packages. If you choose any purchase packages, payment will be charged to your iTunes/Play Store account at confirmation of purchase, and your account will be charged the same amount within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the iTunes/Play Store after purchase.
Also we have gems purchase in app. If you choose any gems purchase, payment will be charged to your itunes/play store account at confirmation of purchase and your account will be charged the same amount within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can not cancel the gems purchase. It one time purchases.
You can cancel auto-renewal subscription anytime in settings at least a day before each renewal date. Package automatically renews until canceled.
We requests the following permissions:
- Camera: Video calling, taking and saving profile pictures
- Microphone: Delivering sound during video calls
- Photo Library: Sending photos to your partner
- Notification: Notify for partner requests, messages and video calls
Promotions
zungers.com may, from time to time, include contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other activities
(“Promotions”) that require you to submit material or information concerning yourself. Please note
that all Promotions may be governed by separate rules that may contain certain eligibility
requirements, such as restrictions as to age and geographic location. You are responsible to read all
Promotions rules to determine whether or not you are eligible to participate. If you enter any
Promotion, you agree to abide by and to comply with all Promotions Rules.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of goods or services on or through the
Services, which terms and conditions are made a part of this Agreement by this reference.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product and/or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due
to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product
and/or service listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a
credit to your credit card account or other payment account in the amount of the charge.
Miscellaneous
If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms &
Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms & Conditions will continue in full
force and effect. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms & Conditions will be effective only if in
writing and signed by an authorized representative of zungers.com.
zungers.com will be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief (without the obligations of posting
any bond or surety) in the event of any breach or anticipatory breach by you. zungers.com operates
and controls the zungers.com Service from its offices in United Kingdom. The Service is not intended
for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such
distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Accordingly, those persons who choose to
access the zungers.com Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely
responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. These
Terms & Conditions (which include and incorporate the zungers.com Privacy Policy) contains the
entire understanding, and supersedes all prior understandings, between you and zungers.com
concerning its subject matter, and cannot be changed or modified by you. The section headings used
in this Agreement are for convenience only and will not be given any legal import.

guarantees.
In no event shall zungers.com be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental

Company reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents on the
Service at any time without prior notice.
